Iowa Falls Towing & Recovery has run towing, recovery and roadside work out of Hardin County for over a decade, and the line is open every hour of every day.
The short version
When you phone a national roadside network you reach a dispatcher three states away who subcontracts the job to whoever is nearest. Sometimes that works. Often it means a long wait and a driver who has never been on the road you are stuck on.
We are the truck. The number on this page reaches the people who will actually come out, and they have been working these highways, blacktops and gravel roads for over twelve years. That matters more than it sounds when you are trying to describe a field entrance at midnight in a snowstorm.

How we work
A towing company that does not answer at 3am is not a 24-hour towing company. Nights, weekends and holidays are ordinary working hours here.
Flatbeds for all-wheel drive and low clearance. Rated points on a winch-out. Proper lockout tools rather than a coat hanger. Slower beats bent.

Very polite, prompt, affordable and professional. They've towed our vehicles twice both times on the weekend. One time I had him tow 2 cars at the same time turned out they had multiple trucks for different situations so didn't have to be charge twice. Their my go to towing company now.
I have to thank you guys for coming out to Highway 65 and getting me, my dogs, and car out of the ditch during the snowstorm today. Awesome job and didn't quit til they got me on the road again. The two gentleman were so so helpful! The price was exceptionably reasonable, and they even called Pro Repair and Performance to see if they could get us in soon as we had no idea where to go for repairs! Would gladly use their services again!
