Very polite, prompt, affordable and professional. They've towed our vehicles twice both times on the weekend. One time I had him tow 2 cars at the same time turned out they had multiple trucks for different situations so didn't have to be charge twice. Their my go to towing company now.
Service · Hardin County
Roadside Assistance
Not every problem needs a tow. Most of them just need somebody to turn up with the right tool.
The situation
Roadside Assistance
in plain terms
A flat battery, an empty tank, keys sitting on the driver's seat behind a locked door — none of these are worth the cost and hassle of a tow if a technician can put you back on the road at the roadside. That is what this service is for.
Emergency road service and lockouts are two of the things we specialise in, and they make up a large share of what we do in a normal week. If the fix turns out to be beyond a roadside repair, the truck is already there and your vehicle can be towed on the same call rather than waiting for a second one.
Call us when
- The battery is dead in a parking lot or driveway
- You have a flat and a usable spare but nowhere safe to change it
- The tank ran dry further from a station than you thought
- Keys are locked inside the vehicle
- Something is wrong and you want somebody to look before committing to a tow

What Hardin County
drivers actually say
I have to thank you guys for coming out to Highway 65 and getting me, my dogs, and car out of the ditch during the snowstorm today. Awesome job and didn't quit til they got me on the road again. After I cleaned the snow out from around and behind my tires and brakes, I was able to get to my destination. Will recommend to anyone needing tow or help. Thanks!!
The two gentleman were so so helpful! The price was exceptionably reasonable, and they even called Pro Repair and Performance to see if they could get us in soon as we had no idea where to go for repairs! Would gladly use their services again!
John came out and helped us on the highway. We were very appreciative with his friendliness and service. I would highly recommend if you need help in this area!
These guys came in clutch when I really needed them. Quick and super friendly. Really appreciate the service, you guys are a life saver

Roadside Assistance questions
Usually, yes — a roadside fix avoids the cost of transporting the vehicle. Call and describe the problem and we will tell you which one you are likely to need.
Then the vehicle gets towed on the same visit. You are not waiting for a second truck and a second call-out.
Yes. Hardin County is mostly gravel and blacktop between the highways, and that is normal territory for us.
For lockouts we need somebody there who can show the vehicle is theirs. For most other work it helps but is not always essential — mention it when you call.
