Very polite, prompt, affordable and professional. They've towed our vehicles twice both times on the weekend. One time I had him tow 2 cars at the same time turned out they had multiple trucks for different situations so didn't have to be charge twice. Their my go to towing company now.

The two gentleman were so so helpful! The price was exceptionably reasonable, and they even called Pro Repair and Performance to see if they could get us in soon as we had no idea where to go for repairs! Would gladly use their services again!

It should not. We use tools made for the job, which is the whole reason to call somebody rather than improvising with a hanger. Improvised entry is where the expensive damage happens.
Call us straight away and say that on the phone so it is treated as an emergency. If the situation is urgent — heat, cold, or distress — call 911 first. Nobody will ever fault you for that.
Most cars, pickups and vans. Some high-security systems on newer vehicles genuinely cannot be opened this way, and if yours is one of them we will tell you rather than waste your time and money.
We do ask. It is a short check and it is what stops the service being used to open somebody else's vehicle.
