Emergency Towing

When the car stops and the road will not wait, one phone call starts a truck moving toward you.

The situation

Emergency Towing
in plain terms

Most tow calls are not planned. The engine lets go on the way to work, a transmission gives up halfway to Eldora, or a car simply refuses to start in a parking lot with a storm coming in. What matters at that point is how quickly somebody picks up the phone and how carefully your vehicle gets loaded once they arrive.

We have been running towing and recovery out of Iowa Falls for over twelve years, and the phone is answered around the clock. Light and medium duty vehicles are what we handle every day, which means the right truck for your situation is usually the one already on the road.

Call us when

  • The engine or transmission failed and the vehicle cannot move under its own power
  • You are stopped in a live traffic lane and need the vehicle cleared quickly
  • The car will not start and there is nowhere safe to leave it
  • A breakdown on Highway 65 or Highway 20 with no shoulder to speak of
  • Your vehicle needs to reach a shop that has already closed for the night

What is included

What turning up
actually means

Flatbed transport

All-wheel-drive vehicles, low clearance cars, and anything that should not have wheels turning ride flat on the deck.

Wheel-lift towing

Tight parking garages, alleys and driveways where a full-size deck simply will not fit.

Damage-conscious loading

Straps and points chosen for your vehicle rather than whatever is fastest to hook.

Any hour, any day

Two in the morning on a holiday weekend counts the same as a Tuesday afternoon.

Destination of your choice

Your mechanic, your dealership, your driveway, or a body shop — you decide where it goes.

A ride where it is legal and safe

Cab space for the driver so nobody is left standing on a shoulder in the cold.

Very polite, prompt, affordable and professional. They've towed our vehicles twice both times on the weekend. One time I had him tow 2 cars at the same time turned out they had multiple trucks for different situations so didn't have to be charge twice. Their my go to towing company now.

I have to thank you guys for coming out to Highway 65 and getting me, my dogs, and car out of the ditch during the snowstorm today. Awesome job and didn't quit til they got me on the road again. After I cleaned the snow out from around and behind my tires and brakes, I was able to get to my destination. Will recommend to anyone needing tow or help. Thanks!!

The two gentleman were so so helpful! The price was exceptionably reasonable, and they even called Pro Repair and Performance to see if they could get us in soon as we had no idea where to go for repairs! Would gladly use their services again!

Emergency Towing questions

It depends on where you are and what is already running. Iowa Falls calls are usually the quickest because that is where the trucks are based. When you call we will tell you honestly how long it will be rather than give you a number that sounds good on the phone.

Yes. The line is answered 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Nights, weekends and holidays are ordinary working hours in this trade.

A flatbed is the gentler option for most vehicles because the wheels never turn and the drivetrain is not loaded. All-wheel drive and low clearance cars in particular should go on a deck.

Where it is legal and there is room in the cab, yes. Tell the dispatcher how many people are with you when you call so the right truck is sent.

Wherever you want it to go. If you are not sure which shop to use, we know the local repair shops and can point you toward one.
